Got an hour? Our groups are uniquely designed for women at all stages of their healing journey, whether you're new to group sessions or have participated before. Each session offers a safe, supportive space to continue your growth and transformation.
Held virtually, our groups make it easy to join from anywhere in the world! Sessions are available on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 7 PM to 8 PM EST. Simply choose your preferred day and register.

Level 2- The (Inner)ruption
Our Level 2 group evolves from the topics in Level 1 where the work continues. With the use of homework and group accountability, we continue to (inner)rupt the patterns we find ourselves creating. This group provides a safe and supportive space for women who may already be in individual therapy and want additional support and accountability. Our transformative weekly group sessions offer encouragement and guidance to help you overcome obstacles and live a more fulfilling life. We are excited to support you on this journey.

Level 3- The Landing
We are thrilled to invite you to our Level 3 Group! This is the perfect opportunity for women who are in the maintenance stage of their personal growth journey and want to continue connecting with other like-minded women. Our group offers a safe and supportive space for continued encouragement, empowerment, and a deeper understanding of how women can make a difference both individually and together. Join us for these transformative weekly group sessions and let's take our personal growth to the next level!
